Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your return package.

Securely pack your products in the original shipping box or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaking during transit.

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
